MEVUE Terms of Service for Content Creators

1. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not include any of the following prohibited materials. Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal consequences:

• Hate Speech: Promoting hate or violence against groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or other identities
  • Example: Videos endorsing racist ideologies.
• Violence and Graphic Content: Displaying excessive violence or gore.
  • Example: Graphic depictions of severe injuries without context.
• Harassment and Bullying: Engaging in harassment or bullying towards an individual or group.
  • Example: Posting content intended to intimidate or abuse another person.
• Dangerous and Illegal Activities: Showing or promoting illegal acts.
  • Example: Demonstrating how to engage in illegal hacking.
• Invasive of Privacy: Distributing private information without consent.
  • Example: Sharing someone's personal messages without permission.
• Intellectual Property Violations: Uploading content that infringes others' intellectual property.
  • Example: Using copyrighted music without a license.
• Sexually Explicit Material: Including explicit sexual content.
  • Example: Posting pornography.
• Impersonation: Falsely impersonating others to mislead.
  • Example: Posing as a celebrity to trick viewers.
• Spam and Malicious Content: Spreading spam or malware.
  • Example: Links that lead to harmful software.
• Child Exploitation: Exploiting children in any manner.
  • Example: Videos that put children in harmful situations.
• Extremist Content: Advocating for violent extremism or terrorism.
  • Example: Promoting terrorist acts.
• Manipulated Media: Using altered media to deceive viewers.
  • Example: Posting deepfake videos of public figures.
• Animal Cruelty: Showing harm towards animals.
  • Example: Videos of animal abuse.
• Content Targeting Children: Over-commercializing content aimed at children.
  • Example: Aggressive marketing of expensive toys in children’s programming.

2. Revenue Sharing

MEVUE retains a 30% commission on all revenue generated from your content, including sales, rentals, and sponsorships. This supports the operational and developmental costs of the platform.

3. Content Ownership and Removal

Once your content generates at least $1 in revenue on MEVUE, it is considered purchased by viewers for lifetime access. Requests for content removal due to legal reasons must be accompanied by a full reimbursement of all earnings from the content sales (excluding rentals and sponsorships) to MEVUE, as these funds will be used to compensate the purchasers.

4. Agreement to Terms

By uploading content to MEVUE, you affirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. You confirm that you possess the legal rights to distribute the uploaded content and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
